5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Promo Powerhouse LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

8. Disclaimers
